Kawa

A soft pink VS Code color theme based on the Kawa palette.

Install

Search for Kawa in the Extensions view, then select either:

Preferences: Color Theme → Kawa Dark or Kawa Light

The theme uses the same semantic palette in both modes: plum/pink in dark mode and soft rose/off-white in light mode.

Palette

  • Dark background: hsl(315 21% 8%)
  • Light background: hsl(340 40% 98%)
  • Foreground: hsl(315 21% 8%) / hsl(0 0% 98%)
  • Accent: soft pink

Theme JSON files are generated from the compact source palette:

npm run build:themes
